Finals are over. Another quarter has come and gone so quickly. Much too quickly. Having three finals on the same day sucks, especially when you decide not to turn one of them in. But let's not talk about that.

Arden's entry about his pet peeve's has motivated me to start my own list of things that either annoy me or just plain hate. I do realize that there are many things on this list that I actually do, but hey, everybody has something about themselves that they hate. At least I admit it.

Anyway, in no particular order, here goes:

• Smoking
• When people talk on the phone while doing something else more important. Just hang up the damn phone and call them back later! (Tiffany's hairdresser is talking on the phone right now, while cutting Tiffany's hair...)
• When people look down on something they have no idea about
• Internet firewalls
• Spyware/spam/adware etc...
• When people don't know the difference between "they're" and "their"
• When people do know the difference and misuse it anyway
• When people type "ie" instead of "y" ("reallie" instead of "really")
• When people refuse to type out a word just because it is "easier that way" (i.e. "u" instead of "you", or "y" instead of "why", etc etc...)
• When people buy things they do not particularly need or want just because it is "on sale"
• Suns wearing sunglasses
• Large groups of Asians
• "Asian-ness"
• False promises
• Pretentiousness
• Gambling
• Discourtesy and inconsideracy (yes, I realize that is not a word)
• When people get off the through the back door of the shuttle/bus even though they are clearly in the front end of the shuttle/bus
• When people don't say "thank you" or "you're welcome"
• Parking tickets
• Traffic
• Slow driving
• When people ask questions that they could very easily answer themselves
• Stupid questions (i.e. "Why don't you have my book?! I need it for the final tomorrow! (an actual question I got asked ))
• Stupid drivers (i.e. the ones who brake for no reason and cause huge traffic jams)
• Stupidity in general
• People in general

I know there's a lot more stuff that's supposed to be on this list, but I can't think of them right now. I'll keep adding more on as I think of them in subsequent entries.

Randomness: I got gas for $1.93/gallon yesterday at Costco! I love Costco.
